Life has been busy, busy, busy these past 2 years. We had our first child, a wonderful baby girl, back in July 2006. She is definitely a blessing and a joy. We took the Firebird and traveled to the POCI Nationals in Tulsa, OK back in July 2007. My car didn't win anything, (I think those guys like the "stock" restoration, not the resto-mod look that I did), but no big deal. Finally, I started work on my dad's 54 Chevy Truck in my garage. You can access the info on the truck by going to the "54 Truck" link on the top menu bar.

Best In Class. Wow. I'm still kind of shocked at the "Best In Class" award that my Bird took home at the 2006 San Antonio Autorama. I realyl can't believe it. There were some really nice GTO's in my class, and I would have thought that they would get the nod over my car.

It's kind of nice to have the ONLY '67-'69 Firebird at the Autorama. I saw at least 5 '67-'68 Camaros and at least 6 '69 Camaros. Now, don't get me wrong, there is NOTHING wrong with a beautiful Camaro, I just kind of like being unique.

Merry Christmas!

The weather has been unseasonably warm here this week. We are hitting high temperatures in the mid to upper 70's. It's great weather to go outside and work or play, but it just feels so wrong.

Wow, it's been 3 months since I updated this "News" page. Opps! I was trying to keep it updated more often, but I just kept forgetting. Sorry about that. In the future I hope to update this at least once a month.

Well the CAR IS FINISHED!!! It took my just over 17 months to complete the project. I must say that it was a HUGE learning experience. I'm going to go through and update more of the content on this website so that it has the most up to date information.

I've been working my you-know-what off since I last updated this website. We got the front fenders hung and alligned to the doors. We also placed the hood on the car. I am now 95% complete with the interior.

Well, here goes. I started this website up yesterday to attempt to share information regarding the restoration of my 1969 Pontiac Firebird. I am desperately trying to have my car ready for our annual car show on September 11, 2005. Needless to say I am pretty stressed since that is only 22 days away.
